Does the site serve as a platform for talent from all sports? I do rhythm gymnastics. Is the site for me, too?

• Yes. The site is intended to showcase talent from a broad range of sports arenas, from the most popular competitor sports like football and basketball to swimming and rhythm gymnastics. You can find a complete list of all the different sports under "Type of Sport" when you Register.

Can I upload a video clip of someone else? 

• No. You're authorized to upload your own video clip when you open an account (My Account). You'll be asked to fill in some personal information, what clubs you've played for and/or where you're playing now, any outstanding achievements or awards and some statistical info. You can also upload up to three photos of yourself.

Is there any age limit for the talent who's uploading clips?

• Yes. Only talent over the age of 13 can register as "Talent" and upload video clips.

Can I upload more than one video clip? 

• No. Talent can upload only one video clip. But you can replace your older clip with a more updated one any time you want.

What's the maximum size and length of the clip I can upload?

·          You can upload video clips that are up to 10 minutes long and up to 60MB in size. We recommend that your clip be no more than 2-3 minutes long.  

What types of video clips and video formats can be uploaded to the site?

     •   The list of video formats for uploading clips includes: 
               .wmv / .mpg / .avi / .wav / .wma / .au / .snd / .aif / .aifc / .aiff / .cda / .vob

 How long after I’ve uploaded a clip to the site can I watch it?

         •     The video clip will be available for viewing on the site within 24 hours.

 Is it possible to upload video clips from sites like YouTube?

         •      No. It’s not possible to upload links from other sites. You may only upload your  
                own original video clips.

 I’m having a problem uploading a video clip for some reason. What should I do?

         •       Contact our technical support department at support@sportalentsvc.com 
                  describing the specific problem you are  experiencing. You’ll receive an answer 
                  by E-mail with 24  hours.   
                            

 Do the contact details I provided during registration remain confidential?

•  Yes, you have to register as a sports professional in order to be able to contact the talent.

I'm just a sports fan. Why should I register?

• Registration as a sports fan lets you enjoy the "My Videos" feature, which is your own personal folder of your favorite video clips. Besides, you'll automatically get our regular newsletter (Video Mail) which will keep you updated on the latest "hot" talents.

I'm a scout/coach/club manager/business person/agent. How can I find the talent that will interest me?

•  The site has a sophisticated search engine which is broken down according to keywords, ,type of sport, continent, age, position, and when the video clip was uploaded. You can search for exactly what you want by defining several criteria at once. For example, you can look for 13-15 year old football players from South America who uploaded video clips in the last 3 months.

How can I contact the talent I'm interested in?

• All you have to do is click on the link "Interested in Talent's Details?" or "Interested in Contacting the Talent?" on the talent's personal page (Talent's Page). After you register (if you haven't already), you'll get the full contact details for that talent right away.

How can I get regular updates about new sports talent on the site?

• You can sign up to receive our newsletter and get regular Video Mail with clips and links to video clips of the latest and greatest talent. All you have to do is type in your email address in the Keep Updated with Most Recent Talent field.
